Returns & Exchange Policy

At SPECTER, our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please be aware that a flat return fee of 150 rupees will be charged. This fee is essential to cover the two-way charges incurred with our delivery partner for a seamless return process. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

If 7 days have passed since you received the product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, ensure that all the products must be unused and in the same condition that you received: unaltered, unworn, and all the original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above requirements.

RETURN PROCESS:

If you are not satisfied with a clothing product or accessories, contact our customer service team at support@specteroriginals.com to commence a return. You'll need to provide your order number and the product you wish to return. You will soon receive a return shipping label via email. Please return the product in the package that it originally came in, including the original invoice.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if there's an issue with the product (size, different colour, etc.) If you need to exchange the product(s), email at support@specteroriginals.com..and send your item to: we'll have to schedule a pickup Contact our customer service team at (support@specteroriginals.com) to initiate an exchange. You'll need to provide your order number and the product you wish to return. You will soon receive a return shipping label via email. Please return the product in the package that it originally came in, including the original invoice. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will ship the new product(s) to the address given by you (the same address you ordered the first product).

PROCESSING REFUNDS (IN CASE OF RETURNS):

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect it and email you to notify you that we have received it. A follow-up email will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. If you opted for UPI payment, your refund would reflect in your bank account linked to the UPI ID. In cash payment, we will require your bank details (Account number, IFSC code, Branch) or UPI details. Note: The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LATE REFUNDS:

Please recheck your bank statement if you have yet to receive a refund after the allotted time period. Contact your bank regarding the same, as often; there's some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've gone through this process and still haven't received your refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@specteroriginals.com.

RETURNING/EXCHANGING 'SALE' PRODUCTS:

We only exchange/return and refund regular-priced items, as sale items, cannot be refunded.
